THIS IS MY NEW NORMAL. A salad with a small sprinkling of shredded cheese, raw carrots, a pealed Clementine orange, and four sliced strawberries. I also added the small vegetable chips in the bottom of the leftover raw cauliflower/broccoli bag. Sometimes I add a handful of raisins or walnuts.
For lunch, I ate a plain baked sweet potato, which was a new-try for me these days. I usually have plain baked russet potatoes. AND more and more water.
I am into week three of this diet and heading for week four and my doctor's analysis of my progress. I can already tell the shorts I wore today, because it was a warm 76 degree day out, are looser on me than they were a month ago. YAHOOOOOOOOOOO
