Happy Birthday to Israel Isidore Baline born on May 11, 1888. Better known as songwriter Irving Berlin, his first world famous hit was "Alexander's Ragtime Band". He wrote over 1500 songs in his 60 year career. One of my favorites was played by Liberace and I can listen to it over and over and not get tired of it.
