FUNNY LADY

HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY TO LUCILLE BALL. When I was growing up, I watched the popular I Love Lucy show. It was funny, made fun of everyday life, and yet mirrored life as it was then. The show ran from 1951 to 1957, then the Emmy winning show ran specials from 1957 to 1960.

The zany redheaded housewife tried so hard to just be a part of her husband's life and work. Her career and accolades put her at the top of her game of comedy entertainment. Reruns can still be seen on television today. Lucy was one FUNNY LADY whose career in films and television will live on for generations.
